Covers

1. Sums which the Insured shall become legally obligated to pay as compensatory damages resulting from claims made against the Insured during the policy period by reason of any error, omission or negligent act arising out of the Insured's professional services for others.
   
   
2. Defense, Settlement, Supplementary Payments provided the Limit of Liability has not been exhausted, the Insurer shall:
   
   
   1. defend any suit or arbitration proceeding against the Insured seeking damages payable under the terms of this policy, even if any of the allegations of the suit are groundless, false, or fraudulent and investigate and negotiate the settlement of any claim or suit as it deems expedient;
   
   
   2. pay or reimburse
      
      
      1. all premiums on bonds to release attachments for an amount not in excess of the Each Occurrence Limit;
      
      
      2. all premiums on appeal bonds required in any such defended suite, but without any obligation to apply for or furnish such bonds;
      
      
      3. all cost taxed against the Insured in any civil action defended by the Insurer and any interest accruing after entry of judgment upon that part of the judgment which is within the limit of liability;
      
      
      4. all reasonable expenses (other than loss of earnings) incurred at the Insurer's request.
         
         

Limit of Liability: $2,000,000. per occurrence ( limits can be bought up or down)
